Shipping

All goods will usually be shipped within 48 hours of us receiving your order and often on the same or next working day.

We use New Zealand Post and all deliveries will be wrapped to ensure that they arrive in a good condition.

All products have been calculated on a New Zealand Post delivery matrix. Charges are based on the weight and size measurements of the product purchased. Postage is standard within New Zealand, and will take 1-3 working days to arrive. Due to Holidays or weekend delivery, this time may vary from time to time.

COURIER
For more urgent orders we have provided a courier option, also with Fastway couriers. Items using this function will be couriered and should be delivered next day. We would always hope that the delivery time is accurate, but it must be taken into consideration, that once it has left Retrospace, we cannot always guarantee that couriers will deliver at a specific time.

Please note that Rural Delivery addresses are dependent on the local courier`s schedule. Please note that the courier requires a signature to confirm delivery. If nobody is home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a calling card in the mailbox and alternative delivery arrangements can be made. Unfortunately we cannot relay specific delivery instructions to our courier.

CHARGES
Delivery charges are calculated and shown as a separate item before you choose to enter your payment details and send the order to be processed.

We may deliver each item ordered separately if we chose for supply or other reasons. If this is the case you will not incur any extra delivery cost.

DELIVERY TO ISLANDS
We will endeavor to supply to customers on offshore islands that are part of New Zealand. We will supply goods to the shipping agent on the mainland for the specified island as per our delivery charge. The customer must pay the shipping agent to deliver to their home or other pick up point on the island.
